Deepening Cross-Border Practical Cooperation: China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Economic and Trade Delegation Holds High-Level Meeting with Kyrgyzstan's Presidential Investment Department and Chamber of Com

On July 28, 2025, under the leadership of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce, the Belt and Road Economic and Trade Cooperation Alliance and the Guangzhou Modern Information Service Industry Association served as co-organizers.

Accompanied by leaders from the Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce and representatives from the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Economic and Trade Delegation, our association's president, Chen Jianxin, attended a meeting at the Kyrgyzstan Investment Department, which reports directly to the President.
During the meeting, foreign dignitaries including Zaryn Zhanaliyev, Deputy Director of the Kyrgyz Investment Agency, and Nurbol, Deputy Head of the Presidential Department, met and exchanged views with representatives of the delegation, providing high-level support to facilitate the implementation of corporate projects. The association actively facilitated communication channels, enabling in-depth discussions on core issues such as investment environments across multiple sectors including energy. Leveraging its professional expertise and resource advantages, the meeting yielded multiple cooperative agreements, demonstrating the association's pivotal role in advancing Guangdong-Asia economic connectivity and injecting fresh momentum into the Belt and Road Initiative.
That afternoon, Chen Jianxin, President of the Association, accompanied leaders from the Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce and representatives from the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Economic and Trade Delegation to attend a thematic exchange symposium hosted by the Kyrgyz Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Attendees included Avazbek Chamaridovich Krimbayev, Vice Chairman of the Kyrgyz Republic Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Deputy Minister of the Chamber of Commerce; Kyrgyz Chamber of Commerce representatives Aibek Aletmishev and Sultan; Aza Ismailov, representative of the Kyrgyz Chamber of Commerce in China; and other dignitaries and relevant enterprises from the Kyrgyz Republic. With over 50 participants from both sides, the meeting focused on in-depth exchanges regarding practical cooperation.
During the meeting, discussions centered on key areas including coordinated operation of the China-Europe Railway Express, synergy in the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway project, and expansion of the used vehicle market. Multiple consensus points were reached regarding resource matching mechanisms and corporate cooperation pathways. Our chamber fully leveraged its bridging role to facilitate precise alignment of needs between Chinese and Kyrgyz enterprises, resulting in the implementation of several preliminary cooperation intentions and laying a solid foundation for deeper future collaboration. By maximizing our hub value in cross-border economic and trade activities, we are contributing to the expansion of Belt and Road economic cooperation into broader domains.
