Zhaoqing City Successfully Hosts 2026 Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Exchange Seminar
This seminar focuses on the core needs of enterprises expanding overseas, aiming to assist local businesses in tapping into international markets, exploring new channels, enhancing the quality and efficiency of foreign trade, and deepening foreign investment cooperation.
At the meeting, Chen Jianxin, President of our association, delivered a keynote presentation titled “Resilient Breakthrough: Central Asia in the Belt and Road Initiative and Chinese Modernization.” Drawing on years of experience and resources cultivated through deep engagement in Belt and Road economic and trade cooperation, President Chen systematically analyzed Central Asia's macroeconomic trends, industrial policy directions, key investment sectors, and business environment characteristics. She highlighted that Central Asia boasts abundant resources and immense market potential. With the deepening of the Belt and Road Initiative, unprecedented opportunities for cooperation are emerging in infrastructure development, energy collaboration, digital economy, agricultural development, and cross-border logistics. President Chen also shared key local legal regulations, cultural customs, and risk prevention recommendations, providing practical and forward-looking decision-making references for enterprises expanding overseas.
This seminar not only established a platform for enterprises in Zhaoqing and the Greater Bay Area to connect with overseas resources and access cutting-edge information, but also further highlighted the role of the Belt and Road Economic and Trade Cooperation Alliance and the Guangzhou Modern Information Service Industry Association as a bridge and link in promoting regional economic and trade exchanges and serving the international development of enterprises.
