On November 12, 2025, the “Vietnam Market Opportunities Matchmaking and Cooperation Conference,” hosted by the Belt and Road Economic and Trade Cooperation Alliance and the Guangzhou Modern Information Services Industry Association, concluded successfully.

The event featured special guest speakers including Mr. Pham Chi Cuong, Commercial Representative of the Consulate General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Guangzhou; Mr. Kong Xiangping, Founder of Vietnam Hengli Service Group (a council member unit of the Association); and Mr. Wu Donglun, Deputy General Manager of China Trust Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch (an association member unit). They provided insights into the Vietnamese market, shared promising projects, and engaged in in-depth discussions on development opportunities. This initiative aims to empower enterprises to seize market opportunities and offer strategic guidance for expanding their international business footprint.
During the conference, a plaque presentation ceremony was held, formally designating Vietnam Hengli Service Group as an Association Council Member. This enterprise is a well-known comprehensive service provider in Vietnam with deep expertise across six key sectors: investment consulting, tax accounting, legal services, securities, real estate, and information technology. Moving forward, it will leverage the Association's international platform to accelerate its exploration and expansion into overseas markets.
At the event, Mr. Pham Chi Cuong, Commercial Representative of the Consulate General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Guangzhou, delivered an in-depth analysis covering Vietnam's market environment, policies and regulations, and investment opportunities. His insights provided professional guidance for corporate investment decisions, empowering enterprises to accurately grasp market demands.
Mr. Kong Xiangping, Founder of Vietnam Hengli Service Group (a Council Member of the Association), systematically interpreted Vietnam's macroeconomic landscape, advantageous industrial布局, investment policy directions, and regional tariff policies. This analysis assists enterprises in achieving precise resource matching and mapping out scientific strategic blueprints for international market expansion.
Mr. Wu, Deputy General Manager of China Trust Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch (an association member unit), delivered a professional presentation and interpretation for enterprises on topics including Vietnam's market environment and cross-border financial solutions.
During the Q&A session, attendees actively posed questions while speakers patiently provided answers. The lively atmosphere sparked intellectual exchanges and ignited collaborative opportunities.
Under the guidance of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Guangzhou Modern Information Service Industry Association will leverage its strengths to actively serve as a bridge and link. By integrating high-quality resources and promoting industrial synergy, it will lead industry development, establish regular communication mechanisms, and actively facilitate exchanges and cooperation between member enterprises and international markets. This will empower member companies to shine on the global stage and seize opportunities in the era of globalization.
