Association Delegation Visits Senegalese Consulate General in Guangzhou to Deepen China–Senegal Economic and Trade Cooperation

On February 9, 2026, Chen Jianxin, President of our Association, led a delegation from the Secretariat to visit the Consulate General of the Republic of Senegal in Guangzhou. They held discussions with Consul General Adama DIEYE and the consulate team, engaging in in-depth exchanges on China-Senegal economic and trade cooperation.
Building on the complementary industrial strengths and development needs of both nations, the discussions centered on key sectors such as automotive and consumer light industry. Both sides exchanged views on macro-level directions including industrial synergy, market linkage, and resource sharing, while exploring practical cooperation pathways and development measures.

During the talks, the two parties engaged in further in-depth communication and detailed discussions on multi-domain cooperation. The Consul General stated that the Consulate will actively leverage its official resources to provide support and guarantees for the implementation of cooperative projects, promoting sustained and deepened follow-up coordination between the two sides.
This exchange further consolidated consensus on cooperation across multiple fields, laying a solid foundation for subsequent practical collaboration. Moving forward, both sides will continue to expand the scope of collaboration and enrich the substance of cooperation, jointly advancing the steady progress and enhanced quality and efficiency of China-Serbia economic and trade relations.
