On the afternoon of January 30, 2026, the event “Unlocking Opportunities in the Thousand Islands Nation: Jointly Expanding New Horizons in Indonesia,” hosted by the Belt and Road Economic and Trade Cooperation Alliance and the Guangzhou Modern Information Services Industry Association, concluded successfully. The event brought together Mr. Wang Rui, Founder of Indonesia-based Thousand Islands Overseas Enterprise Service Co., Ltd.; Mr. Wu Donglun, Assistant General Manager of China Trust Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch; and representatives from leading enterprises across various industries. Discussions spanned multiple sectors including economic cooperation, international finance, IT operations, healthcare services, and building materials supply.

On the afternoon of January 27, 2026, the “Zhaoqing City 2026 Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Exchange Seminar,” jointly organized by the Zhaoqing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Belt and Road Economic and Trade Cooperation Alliance, and the Guangzhou Modern Information Service Industry Association, was successfully held. Nearly fifty representatives from foreign trade and overseas investment enterprises across various industries in the city attended the event. Chen Jianxin, President of our association, was invited to deliver a keynote address titled “Resilient Breakthrough: Central Asia Chapter in Belt and Road Development and Chinese Modernization.” He analyzed policies, identified opportunities, and highlighted emerging trends to empower enterprises in achieving stable international expansion. 

On the afternoon of January 23, 2026, a delegation of student representatives from Guangzhou Southern University, led by a professor from the Belt and Road Institute of Beijing Normal University, visited our association for an in-depth and insightful research tour. The visit focused on the development trajectory of the logistics industry and the construction of sales systems. Our association's president, Chen Jianxin, warmly received the delegation alongside representatives from the secretariat and the president's unit, Dongfang International Supply Chain (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. The two parties engaged in thorough discussions on industry development, corporate practices, and future collaboration.

On January 21, 2026, the Association Secretariat, accompanied by the Uzbekistan Economic and Trade Delegation, visited Guangzhou Xuzhong Machinery Food Machinery Co., Ltd. The visit focused on the grain processing industry, featuring an on-site inspection and in-depth exchange activities.

On the afternoon of January 19, 2026, the “Vietnam Market Opportunities · China-Vietnam Enterprise Cooperation Matchmaking Conference,” hosted by the Belt and Road Economic and Trade Cooperation Alliance and the Guangzhou Modern Information Service Industry Association, concluded successfully. The event featured participation from Mr. Kong Xiangping, founder of Vietnam's Hengli Service Group, alongside representatives from leading enterprises across various industries. Discussions spanned multiple sectors including economic cooperation, international finance, IT operations and maintenance, healthcare services, and building materials supply.

On January 9, 2026, the “2026 ASEAN & Indonesia Overseas Investment Summit & Qian Dao Overseas 15th Anniversary Gratitude Event,” jointly organized by the Belt and Road Economic and Trade Cooperation Alliance, the Guangzhou Modern Information Service Industry Association, and Qian Dao Overseas, concluded successfully!
